About This Blog

Social media can be an incredible tool, especially in the way that it brings people together. It takes a simple click of a button to be connected to someone half-way across the world! But the problem is that there is no language that every single person speaks, and so now more than ever, it’s important that people start to bridge those communication gaps by learning how to speak with someone in ways that they can understand. The problem is, a lot of language learning software is expensive. Plenty of people, myself included, don’t have the ability to spend the hundreds of dollars that some of these programs can cost.

Bilingual on a Budget is here to help (hopefully). Here, I plan to not only showcase various, inexpensive (as in, free) websites to learn as much of another language as you choose, while also reviewing some of these services to help you pick the one that works best for all of your needs. The goal is to give everyone here access to language services that won’t break the bank, all while helping them become more a part of the ever-decreasing (figuratively) geographical borders between nations.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by!
